Vifa D26NC-55-06 1″ soft dome tweeter, 6 ohm
We are very pleased to announce that PR Audio has acquired a small quantity of the very well respected Vifa D26NC-55-06 1″ soft dome tweeter. This is an excellent performing tweeter, and has gained an exceptional reputation on various audio DIY websites, etc. It combines a very good response curve with low distortion and a very clean waterfall plot (lack of energy storage / resonances) in it’s operating range. The small form factor allows close placement to the driver(s) it is crossed over to, which reduces lobing effects in the system dispersion pattern. In short, if you like a tweeter that simply reproduces what is in the signal fed to it, this tweeter is hard to beat, in this price range.
