PLEASE! First and foremost, please do not wrap drivers in bubble pack as the 1st layer of protection, unless you are absolutely certain that under no circumstance can the bubble pack be pushed up against any part of the speaker’s moving parts (diaphragm or suspension). And never drop an unprotected speaker into packing “peanuts”.
Now, with that stated…
How to Ship To Us
If you wish, you may ship your driver(s) to PR Audio via UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. However, BE SURE to Contact Us* (and make sure we have replied!) to arrange the delivery time and take care of other details. The last thing we want to have happen is for you to ship us a valuable unit and have it arrive on just the rainy day we happen to be out (such as on an “off-premises” job) and UPS leaves it sitting outside our delivery entrance — which latter HAS been known to happen. ![]()
(Luckily it was not a rainy day.)
*Using the contact form is the best bet, as messages from it can not be filtered as Spam, etc.

Please ship only to our KY (main shop) address, not to our IL (office) address. (See below.)

Again, please: Do not directly wrap drivers in foam or bubble pack. BE SURE that the cone or diaphragm and suspension (roll) is protected from damage and that the packing material cannot contact or push up against it. In many cases, if the roll or a tweeter dome is recessed, you can wrap good quality strong cardboard around a driver, as it’s 1st layer of protection. Then add cushioning around that. If you use packing peanuts or similar material, use a strong bag or other means to isolate the speaker from any loose packing material. (One of the most tedious jobs can be removing / cleaning packing peanuts, shredded paper, or foam fragments from a driver, and we WILL charge you for it.)

Please send us the tracking number for any packages you ship to us.
Upon completion of the repair of your speaker(s) it / they will be returned to you via UPS, FedEx, or USPS COD, or, at your choice, PR Audio will advise the customer of the repair and return shipping cost. The customer should then pay with secure funds if expedite shipment is desired. Personal checks are ok too, but must clear before shipment will be made. See more information about payments on our Ordering Information page. In some cases, an estimate can be given immediately, so a personal check sent with the driver would likely clear by the time shipment is possible. Note that in general, we ship every 3-4 business days, but under special or urgent circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you.
