The Phase Linear PL1352 widerange speaker uses a woofer cone “felted and molded of graphite fiber”, resulting in what Phase Linear describes as “superb impulse response” and lower coloration.  In our view, this is just a good fullrange speaker with a whizzer cone and a bit of a fancy woofer cone, but, they do sound good, properly crossed over.  Plus, a rarity for small speakers these days, these were made in the USA!  They are definitely an upgrade from typical inexpensive OEM 3 1/2″ dash speakers.  The PL1352’s come boxed in pairs, and are brand new / in the original packaging.
