Many of the famous Audax ( Polydax ) small tweeters (TW51A, TW60A, TW74A, etc.) have been widely copied, world wide, in many different varieties.  The TI.W series was are one of the original models, with the additional feature Audax developed of a thin layer of Titanium vapor deposited on the surface of the diaphragm.  These are also similar (except with the addition of the titanium coating) to the later Audax series that included the TW010F1 10 mm Polymer Dome Tweeter.  The TIW60A4 tweeters are excellent for modest power car audio systems, especially if used with an 18 dB / octave crossover at 5 kHz, or, as supertweeters with even higher crossover points, at higher power.  Made in France by Audax ( Polydax ).
